Palm Beach Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Celebrates International Women’s Day by Giving Away a Mini RHA® Makeover

In March, Palm Beach Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery ran a promotion for International Women’s Day – a contest in which the prize was a mini RHA® makeover for a lucky lady. To qualify, someone else had to nominate the woman and tell Palm Beach Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery why she deserved to win. Lidia A’s dear friend Joy T. nominated her, submitting a compelling letter about her life story. After we read it, we realized Lidia was the perfect choice to be our contest winner.

About Lidia A., Winner of Palm Beach Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery’s International Women’s Day Contest

 

Lidia was born and raised in Poland and moved with her family to Canada when she was in her early teen years to flee the communist regime. Although it was a big adjustment, she grew up as a regular teenager in her adopted country of Canada, feeling fortunate to live there and be part of a wonderful family. When Lidia was in her late-20s, she married her husband, and the two of them moved from Montreal to the United States. The couple traveled all over the country, living in places like Chicago and Minneapolis before relocating back to Montreal, where they had two beautiful children.

Throughout her career, Lidia worked as a corporate and commercial flight attendant, which allowed her to travel in what she describes as a “beautiful, exciting job.” However, seven years ago, she decided to move the family to Florida, take some time off, and let her children adjust and thrive in The Sunshine State.

I wasn’t liking what I was seeing and was experiencing a kind of midlife crisis,” Lidia notes. “I explained it all to Carla and Candy, and they just took over and made suggestions, while I let them make me look more youthful. Because at the end of the day, that’s what we were looking for – a more youthful and refreshed appearance.
